"Nope. I haven't played the game and I'm not super hyped about it. (hence why I'm not buying it yet, but waiting for a sale)

"You won't be able to do it with that budget. You simply cannot.
As I see it you have 2 (possibly 3) good options.
1. Buy an Intel i5 3570K and hold off getting a GPU until you have the money. It has a decent integrated GPU.
2. Go way above budget and get a real graphics card.
