The item is still incredibly strong. It was super OP before. It's currently THE most cost effective durability item in the game. I think that's pretty good, if anything."

"Jarvan and WW should be using ArP quints, but the rest are best with AD quints(Ashe works with both).
Armor seals, MR glyphs and ArP marks are pretty much standard for all of them."
