"I mostly go this build, 2x doran's blade, Berserker's Greaves, wriggles lantern, Infinity edge, Zeal and a Black Cleaver usually works for me.
There are stronger builds for higher damage output, but I like this build cause of the sustain and it has a strong mid game making"

Wouldn't gold/10 quints be awesome for Cho'Gath in the jungle ?
Per se the movementspeed quints are awesome, but I really think those gold/10 should be used on a tank jungler."
