"Yes is the answer for anyone wondering if I am going to be "Updating" an "Reworking" the guide for season 11.
It'll take some time, an many things will be changing a lot, but the changes will be made ASAP. "

"The game is unplayable in itself current state on PBE, so I can't vouch for anything when you have Senna dealing 75%ing at level 8 to a level 14 Akali or a Sion being level 18 by 23 minutes.
Haven't gotten a chance to test anything with Zilien 60% CDR ultimate, etc.
Will eventually get to see"
