Electro against tanks mostly because your focus is the squishy champions.

"Me, personally I can not an will not reccommend it. All ADC champs will outfarm an often times out range you massively. Ad Teemo isn't strong or that viable anymore so you'd just be going full AP.
Your best supports are AP mages."
