"Depends on the Cho'gath and Malphite.
There are I believe 3 different builds they can go.
Cho'gath with Glacial is terrifying as frick.
Malphite with Comet is painful.
If they go any other runes they tend to be very easy to melt, specially grasp.
Build to their builds.

He frequently switches to TOP and JNG when things are getting bad.
He is good because he knows the proper pathing.

"Works well by keeping her out of the front line long enough to get her ability rolling. By the time she has it your lowest champion usually one of your tanky champions, like a Shapeshifter or Knight gets heals back to full HP horpfully. But still keeping her in the back."
