Split push a side lane, kill people 1v1. Take inhib, go to other side lane and repeat. Or push to their Nexus if they don't send anyone.
Ward their buffs, buy an Oracles, kill them when they try to get it.

Very, very close game :D
Our Vayne won bot really hard, but the early-mid game teamfights were just brutal. Luckily, we managed to survive until late game where it took 3+ people to kill me and Vayne and team just handled the other 2 and cleaned up aft"
