Number Two: Cloud, The Storm Monarch
Lore: "Sky high and nothing can touch me, 'cept the gods"-Cloud, The Storm Monarch
The Gods looked favorly on normal people being able to use their power, Cloud studied and studied for over half his life and soon he discovered an ancient tome containing powers of thunder and destruction. After reading, he immediatly began to feel the effects and marched off to the League of Legends. Once there he was denied entrance saying that he could not be a good fit in it. Now he studies even harder one day hoping to destroy the league.

Cloud is a melee AD carry just like Pantheon. He uses a sword and throws it using the skills he learned and puts them to use against the League.
Lighting Blade (Passive): Each time Cloud attacks he adds one stack to "God's Wrath" when there is four stacks on "God's Wrath" Cloud's next ability or basic attack, he deals 10 extra dmg + 10% of your attack damage.
Thunder Slice (Q): Cloud throws his sword bouncing it between 3/3/4/4/5 different targets dealing up to 50/100/125/140/175 +50% of your AD. Range: 525. Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/5. Mana cost: 50/60/70/80/100.
Falling Energy (W): Jumping a short way to deal 30/40/50/60/80 +10% of your attack damage, Cloud also adds a point into "God's Wrath". Range: 300. Cooldown: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8. Mana cost: 60/70/80/90/130.
Elelife (E): Cloud calls upon the gods for a gift and restores 0/0/0/0/0 of his health plus 500% of his AP this process takes 5 seconds and during this time Cloud's Armor and Magic Resist advances for 10/20/30/40/50. Range: 100. Cooldown: 30/25/20/15/10. Mana Cost: 70/80/100/110/120
Zeus' Descent (R): Cloud calls upon a giant bolt of lightning, striking his foe and dealing
150/200/300 +25% of his AD, also stunning his opponents for 1/2/3 seconds this move adds a point into "God's Wrath". Range: 100. Cooldown: 120/110/90. Mana Cost: 70/80/90/100/110
