Jungle Blitz viable?
Someone's probably going to say that he's better off in lane, so why bother, but I say that his lane isn't insanely strong. What I'm getting at here, is that if you can land his Rocket Grab...

"Just pick someone with range or ranged abilities.. force him to stay off the creep line and he can't farm. Of course, since he can just split push all day, he can easily just counter that after laning phase.

I would say that since you'll probably more aggressive than passive, for masteries, go 21/0/9 for jungle.
If you're jungling then yeah, smite and flash is the right way to go.
