Vayne and Kog are EXTREMELY team dependent. If your team doesn't commit to keeping people off of you in teamfights, you'll die instantly.
Gangplank is just shit.

"I think that if someone opens the menu and clicks leave game during the ranked game, if his team loses, he loses all the elo his 4 teammates would have lost, so 55+ elo, but this would be a bad idea, and it wouldn't protect players from manually dc'ing onpurpose. "
