"Don't play ranked when you hit 30. You will sink to sub 1000 and stay there forever. Play your placement matches 6 months after hitting level 30, you might be ready then. Or just have fun and go play ranked. I don't care enough either way."

I have not seen a SINGLE morgana in 150+ S3 games. I've played her a few times, and she still seems good, but I'm wondering if there are some underlying reasons.
I believe that bottle was a nerf...
