"Zilean needs CDR, AP, and mana regen quickly and in huge amounts. ROA doesn't fit that as it only gives a small amount of hp.
Better builds involve items like dfg, morellos, athene's, chalice, rabadons...
Alex Ich has played some zilean in season 3, you should find those games and try out his "
