"Annie can be difficult because Ryze's base hp is pitiful. I would personally not fight her unless her Q is on cooldown and her stun is down and/or your jungler is ganking. She can pretty much out dmg you at all stages of the game, so beware. Try to take her on 2v1 instead of 1v1."

0 hp pots, if you take any damage AT ALL in the first couple waves you'll be sent home.
Also, scaling AP quints are awful. They don't even equal flat AP quints until level 12. LEVEL 12. And even then, you only get 8 more ap than flat ap qu"
