"The most current recommendation is hail of blades, I just haven't gotten round to updating the text yet. It's based on meta since hail of blades got a pretty big buff earlier on in the season which made it viable on a number of ADCs such as tristana."

"Some people do take Sorcery on Ezreal but they use manaflow band over nimbus cloak. And alongside it they take transcendence. And yes teleport is viable in passive lanes on ezreal."
