"You can definitely still add Nashor's Tooth to the crit build, but it replaces guardian angel not infinity edge. infinity edge simply does more raw DPS than any other option once you have runaan's hurricane."

"I was playing a lot of manamune jinx lately, but I ended up deciding it's not worth delaying infinity edge + runaan's hurricane. It's really good once you do reach 3 items though, making it a decent option if you just want to build for scaling, but it'll take a while to come online."

"AP Kog'Maw has seen bouts of play on mid lane, but bot lane people want DPS. nashor's tooth is a viable item on ADC Kog'Maw, but otherwise you want to focus on DPS over poke, which is what AP mostly provides."
