You'd miss out on 20 ArPen, you'd need SotD's active for reliable crits, you'd have worse lane-ganking, worse DPS, etc. I don't like it. It's viable, but sub-optimal."

"That's a bad Lanewick build. Nowadays you build Lanewick by rushing BotRK, it's more effective than the season 2 build of Doran's Ring into sorc shoes and stuff."
