"Its better because you won't 'risk' wasting the passive on smaller minions or when they are at 100hp already. Overall you'll see a clear speed increase, which I think is a good thing."

"Don't like how you pick exhaust over ignite and hybrid pen over gp10. If you want an aggressive playstyle with those quints, you should get ignite.
Besides that, I actually think that you should get hybrid pen/ad marks instead of quints and just stick with gp10 anyway."

"Barrier is often stronger defensively in lane, and redpot is a risk: if you lose it, you pretty much fall behind a kill. Besides that, you're relying on your support as well so you don't know how it will go."

"Not going to vote since I have the #1 bird guide myself (and that would make me seem like a douchebag) - but the starting items are stupid and the runes are sub-optimal.
@ Ragnar Fox - Anivia is NOT AoE based, she's got a quite nice balance between burst and DPS.
