Pantheon is AD. AP is troll build that depends damage on his ult and W, which is... e_e
Nunu is not that bad. He should be one of the first junglers that you should learn. With no skill shot skill and Consume, it's easier to learn him than some other jungle"

Hybrid Penetration Mark on Burning Bush Zyra
Burning Bush Zyra uses both AD and AP at early game. So how about Greater Mark of Hybrid Penetration? Will it help more? Because I only saw Magic Pen runes on Burning Bush Zyra.

Quint of Health is THE meta for supports right now. Nope. It's not Gold Quint that is meta anymore, at least with Lulu. With items like Sightstone out, it has been acceptable for supports to not go GP10 Quint."
