Cheatsheet 10/10
Your cheathsheet isn't lacking of anything. You have 2 very detailed builds that also seem viable. Not much to say here.
Content 9/10
The only thing can criticize here is that I think you aren't spending enough time on items. There are serveral one line explanations that wont help a new player much to understand why you pick tThese items.
The rest is just great. You are even explaining the support role in General, you go into matchups and you have very detailed information about warding.
Coding/Appearance 10/10
Another guide with great coding. I can't really say much about this except that you obviously have soem experience with BBCoding and did a very good job here.
Total Score 29/30
This is a very good guide with only few things to improve. It can really compete with the current #1 Lulu guide. I am looking forward to seeing these 2 guides getting even better due to the competition. :)

1. Motivation is probably better off at the start of the guide, instead of at the end.

Guide looks great. Good use of explanations, all things that are supposed to be explained are explained, so overal I am quite positive.
I saw some negative votes considering your build, but I can see you fixed most of those issues, which is great. I myself cannot judge too much on your support build I am afraid, so can't say a lot about it.
Throw some explanations for synergies in there aswell, change spots of the motivation chapter, and I have no complaints anymore :3
