I despise Hashinshin, but he actually did an amazing video about balance at the highest level. Basically the way he breaks it down is there's a spectrum between Underpowered, Balanced, and Overpowered. At the competitive level, that spectrum moves only between balanced and overpowered champions. Everyone wants to pick the overpowered champions, and balanced champions suddenly becomes the weakest picks, even though they're entirely balanced. I'm still going to stick to my guns and say Lissandra got play because they fixed her ultimate.[/quote]
