I think with the new 4.12 patch that came out, the following changes should be made (this is just my opinion).
TOP LANE:
Kayle moved to the top of tier 2. Lee Sin moved below Gragas, but above Jayce.
JUNGLE:
Kha'Zix and Skarner swap places.
MID LANE:
LeBlanc and Ziggs swap places. Kayle moved to the top of tier 2. Fizz moved to below Karthus, but above Zed. Ahri moved to below Zed, but above Lissandra. Nidalee added to the bottom of tier 1.
This will probably change a lot in the near future, as many champion changes happened simultaneously. Mid lane is probably the least solidified, as Ahri got buffs, while Kassadin, LeBlanc, and Kayle got some nerfs. Also, Maokai is still not placeable, and I don't know what to do about AD carry placement.

Nah, I was helping the team prepare a bit though, and I had a bunch of other stuff to take care of recently.

Is riven really a tier 3 jungler? IN eu lcs it was pretty amazing and won the game.
Also nidalee when you do place her shes more of top lane now not mid lane shes a lane bully and split pusher with trinity force.
Pretty funny when riot nerfs and reworks a mid lane they always end up top...
Look at gragas and nidalee and even other nerfed mid's like lulu...
Then when they nerf top laners they end up in jungle like rengar and others.
