Hec is still shit imo to weak early.[/quote] clearing camps wasnt elises real problem, plus how is a possible 25 more damage to jungle camps going to put her to tier one also this buff to hecarim was to his early game, namely his sustain in the jungle, and yes his early game isnt going to be like lee or jarven because hecarims late game is just so much better[/quote]
