However, on one hand, we don't want people who won the previous awards NOT to participate, as their guides obviously are of high standard. But on the other, it may not be fair if the SAME guide won twice in a row. Perhaps some thought should be put into this, as we don't want newcomers thinking that they won't be able to get a foot in the door due to established and previously awarded members getting the same awards.[/quote]
