It's called taxes :^)
In my head it makes no sense to present a guide with an award twice (if these awards are official, at least). It's like asking if you can submit a movie that already won an Oscar to the next year Oscars, people seen it, people know it's awarded so why can't we allow other people to get a prize instead?
I mean, unless you're implying there's simply no other guide that deserves an award..

Just let the judges decide lol
idc what they decide but I think they should include this as a rule (the possibility/impossibility of submitting guides that already got an award) since it affects people's participations (using said guides)

I think this makes sense. However, on one hand, we don't want people who won the previous awards NOT to participate, as their guides obviously are of high standard. But on the other, it may not be fair if the SAME guide won twice in a row.
Perhaps some thought should be put into this, as we don't want newcomers thinking that they won't be able to get a foot in the door due to established and previously awarded members getting the same awards.
Suggestion: The guides that won before can enter, but if one of them wins again, the prices go to the second-best guide(The badge could go to both winners I guess).
