If they are not doing a imba Thresh hook mid air after you just flashed or something like that. One time I think I have experienced the most insane hooks, not 1 miss in a 50 min game. Not 100% sure that was scripting, but if it wasn't, that player should pack bags and travel to LCS. I have played about 1500 Normal and 1500 Ranked games. So I don't think it is a big chance.
