I followed some of the rules and just worried about what I could do without trying to hard. Won easily. Maybe a the number one point of this should be to just play your role and don't try to do everything. I let guys die who I would have jumped into save before and the game went better.

This is an important point. Sometimes you just need to let a teammate die rather than making a bad situation worse by giving up a double kill.
Great post. I don't know. I'm currently in MMR/LP free-fall after duoing with my buddy for a bunch of games and just getting bad matchup after bad matchup. We don't rage, we generally make good decisions. Same as every other complaint about elo hell you hear out there, but I'm at a total loss of what to do. The enemy team always seems so much more cohesive. I try to be constructive, beg teammates to be safe and not get caught and to make good decisions and to ward.
Last game the enemy Kalista was 11/0 by the 14min mark...

What's wrong with AD
AD Malz support needs a lot more items to be effective in terms of damage than, say, AP Malz support (and even ap malz has very obvious flaws).
