Well, it's cool that they are bringing more and more interesting abilities from Dota to league.
His laning phase seems weak-ish (although it's hard to say, might be fine), but his teamfighting is probably stupidly broken.
Also riot forgot how to make champions with 1 passive.

I'm not sure about his looks but I really like the idea that I can roam without immediately accepting an xp disadvantage. Gonna be wonderful, especially in those games where being at bot lane equals wasting time.
