LeBlanc does have very unparalleled movement in the midlane. An Ahri on my team lost to a Zilean and went on to basically make Sivir unkillable. He might not be tier 1 material, but I think he has potential in mid.Also, I really hate this patch.

Support zil from experience (4/2 atm, gold 1):
VERY potent early game zone control and pretty decent poke. Sadly, his Q stun is practically impossible to pull off whenever the enemy team has 2 or more champs clumped closely together :(
His E on the other hand is basically a 2.5 sec snare and can be extended to 5 sec with rewind 8)
I always get max cdr on zil, which leaves me with like a 4 sec cd on rewind and 36 cd on ult \o/
He peels a lot better than he did before imo, and the extra bomb stun is much easier to land when there's only one person you need to focus on (the person trying to rip your adc apart). On top of this, his bombs give some nifty vision xD
I really like new zil. I think I'll main him for as long as I possibly can before Janna/nami/thresh just become THAT much better.

just played against a zilean mid, his early - mid game damage seems stupidly strong and the 99% slow seems really strong too. I don't know how good he scales late but I'm assuming he's in a better place than he was before

From what I've heard he's a lot better as a support compared to before but pretty mediocre in mid lane.

Literally anyone without a dash has to flash if they get E'd by zil.
E>Q>W>Q is ridiculous in terms of how likely you are to land the Q in smaller skirmishes, such as lane phase, or getting a pick.
