Teleport ignite is meh, really easy to shutdown if they don't pick a good 2v2 jungler, and your sticking power lategame is severely diminished. If you just don't get huge early he falls off like a brick.

Lane swaps are REALLY good at diminishing the stopping power of the top laner's

Thats how hec works as a champion you want to snowball and thats why you take ignite you need the lead if you get the lead its pretty much gg your damage is broken.
Taking flash or ghost wont change anything much at all if you fall behind so better off to take ignite.
Except that in LCS you're not in a soloqueue game, and you know for sure that no flash = free kills.
