I expect it to revive Elise, Nautilus, Amumu and maybe Sejuani? Will it bring others into the game through the jungle?

I still think Jarvan is overrated as **** by everyone here. Nidalee, RekSai and Vi all better imo. Nidalee can put out more pressure than jarvan early and mid game. Jarvan gets alot lower clearing jungle now i have tested it in a few games and you need more money spent on health pots.

Also you max w second on jarvan now at least thats what every jarvan i have seen does not e is useless attack speed does not add much to you.

Not when you got so much armor from e before. W was less reliable since you need to get it off on a few people where e gave you armor and tank stats no matter what. Now w is just better if you want to be tank.
