Mobafire Graveyard

Rule #3 I need 3 volunteers to act as the Grand Judges of Fate before an individual is placed in a graveyard. Not trying to complicate things but lets do this right. Rule #4 If they return after being buried we are to declare them an official Moba-ZOMBIE and they will be placed into a new camp and shall remain their until they have been active enough to be declared no longer a zombie.
