I remember back in the day when people were complaining about the
Frostfire Annie
Skin, because the whirlwind animation for her stun was much harder to see. Due to the character model having a larger skirt or the fact that the spell particle animation for Molten Shield would easily cover up most of the whirlwind animation.
Once it got a reasonable amount of attention Annie was bumped to the top of the list for visual reworks.
But like everyone else has said if skins really did give a buff I would leave.

and healing items/spells would actually harm Zombie Brand and Zombie Ryze, who would also take increased fire damage.
