S5 Ranked: One Way Ticket to Hell

In the first one we forced all enemy summoners in the bot lane before Joxuu died to an [[Udyr]] gank. After that I was still pretty ahead in cs, but other lanes were losing which allowed the enemy team to start forcing more and more objectives and around mid game they looked to be winning the game. We then somehow turned it around by having a couple of good fights, but shortly after that got the Baron buff stolen from us so things were once again looking grim. However, we managed to force a few more good fights (by killing someone out of position and then forcing the 5v4 teamfight right after) and eventually won the game. In game 2 Joxuu and I again did pretty well in lane, but our mid lane lost pretty hard to [[Cho'gath]] and his roam + the enemy jungle ganks kinda shut us down. Going into the mid/late game at a disadvantage I again figured we'd be in trouble, but luckily [[Gnar]] turned around his lane at this point and we played really well in teamfights and forced 5v4s (much like we did in the game before). The game was still pretty close when it ended (as you can tell from the score) but we were able to finish because we killed two opponents who were out of position and the rest of their team then started walking into us one by one, which meant they were never able to group as 5 again and we could just push into their base and end. About to play some more games, so this post was a little rushed. Just figured I'd quickly post about being promoted to plat III! :)[/quote]

Minion wave control decided my lane in game 1 and - with the bot lane and [[Nocturne]] being fed too - the game became a pretty big stomp. In the second game, [[Shyvana]] got 2 random kills outside of lane while we were still even in cs, which tilted things in her favor. [[Jayce]] also lost to the enemy AP [[Kog'Maw]], so we were relying on bot lane to carry us through the mid game. Luckily, they did. After that, Joxuu and I did a good job of jumping onto Kog in every fight (while our ADC wasn't in nearly as much trouble), so after a couple of decisive teamfight wins we managed to close out the game.[/quote]
