You won't get far in life either if you make pretty much everyone hate you within a couple of weeks on a forum. I mean, I did some stupid **** when I joined here as a 15 year old kid but you really got some things to happen here lol.

Okay, look here for a second Sirnikolai, I can't really do anything about your presence in the thread. If I lock it, we lose the QQ thread and literally nobody wants that.
But you know what I can do? I can tell you to stop. I can say, "Stop saying that people younger than you area always bad," because that's a fairly accurate statement. You may just be bad at the game. And, you probably are bad at the game, based on all the threads you post saying, in so many words, "My teammates suck, I absolutely haaaaaaad to leave this game, everyone is so young and so baaaaaaaaaaaad compared to me."
The amount of times that people have tried to help you and you've simply brushed them off because they're "younger" or whatever is reaching the "too many to count" mark extremely fast.
People here understand, you're an old man. You work. You have a job and don't have time for the "kids game" that is League of Legends. If you don't want to put in time to actually learn and practice, then stop playing, it's very simple.
ARAM isn't a very accurate assessment of skill though, if you're going to say that you're sooooooo much better in ARAM. Yes, there's teamfights all the time, but poking and healing are arguably the best kinds of teams there. You're not going to lean any laning skills playing that other than how to dodge more skillshots than will ever be in a normal lane.
BTW, the first paragraph is the only one actually written from a "moderator viewpoint." Everything else is from my time as a player.

You can do something about his presence in general though

I've played with & against him the guy who's playing as
