Literally in every single tier there is an elo hell, often for two-three ranks at a time lol

I remember plat 5 being pretty rough actually. In season 4, I failed my plat 5->plat 4 promotion series 7 times in a row.

My confidence definitely took a hit after that

Bronze 4 Silver 5-Silver 4 Silver 1 Gold 5 Gold 1 Plat 1 Dianond 5-D4 and Master is elo hell
