His passive and the dash ability are pretty standard. I'm not really sure how Parallel Convergence is supposed to work. Can it be seen by enemies and which role does the reality copy play? The ultimate ability is pretty interesting, nothing else I could say about it but overall the champion design isn't that innovative and straight-forward in my opinion (after the first glances).

His numbers seem pretty high on PBE, he's an AP assassin. Looks like an AD, I know.
He has pretty much an instant gapcloser, and pretty decent amount of CC for a character of his caliber. Add on the execute passive. Definitely seems like an assassin to me.

It makes sense with AP ratios. If he was a champ with AD ratios I'd consider him more of a fighter instead.
EDIT:
Apparently he's best in prolonged fights, I don't see how that's considered an assassin when most of his kit is auto-attack based. The amount of CC and mobility on this champ is sorta crazy, hope they have the right CDs for this champ.

"Ekko can simply hit his ult to escape from deadly gank situations, or just return to lane if he’s a speedy shopper after recalling." Riot actually put that in his reveal, if you can buy everything you need in under 4 seconds you have a 90> second CD teleport
