I do not know if this is an intended change or if it is an issue just for me or my browser, but accessing a thread via the Activity Feed on the homepage will always redirect you to the very beginning of that thread as opposed to the specific comment that was posted. This is also the case when clicking on the most recent comment within a thread in a specific forum on the Forums homepage.

This has occurred on Google Chrome as well as Safari.
