Passive: Blessings
- Random chance to:
- Heal a target for 2% of the Max HP
- Boost AR by 15
- Boost MR by 15
- Occurs every 8 seconds
- CD is lowered by 1 for every enemy champ nearby

Q - Divine Allusion
Passive:
- Every time an enemy champion dies increase max hp by 25
Active:
- Fears a target enemy for .7/.9/1.1/1.3/1.5 seconds dealing 50/80/100/130/150 +(.25 AP and .5 AD) true damage
- CD is 12 seconds

W - Firmament
- Place a shield on yourself for 4 seconds healing you by 10/20/30/40/50 +.1 AP per hit
- You also gain 10/15/20/25/30
- CD is 14/12/10/9/8

E - Hand of Heaven
- Pull one ally champion to you healing him for a 5/10/14/17/20% of your Natural hp
- Also restores their mana for a 5/10/15/20/25% of your natural mana
- Also removes stuns and snares
- CD is 17/15/14/13/12

R - Martyr
- All allied champions gain a shield absorbing 150/250/350 damage
- You become the only targetable enemy for 1/2/3 seconds (Skill shots and AoE still effect everyone)

I think you should have the fear duration scale with rank. 0.7/0.9/1.1/1.3/1.5 is good.

Note also that your E is a potential 1000+ point heal with just one Warmog's Armor, and you're not even a healer. I would recommend either making it a flat amount or lowering the percentage.

Also, Kayle's ultimate is already called Intervention.

i fricking thought there was move called intervention but i couldnt remember. I never play kayle soooooo..... yah. Im going to change it to his natural HP and MP. That way its a fixed amount that scales with level and skilling up.
