You have 5-10 minutes between queues to do absolutely nothing. You sit there on your fat butts (you're all fat btw), idly watching your screen as the enemy team/your team ban champions that are QQ THEY SHOULD BELONG IN DOTA quality. You're last pick. You sit there. You watch. Your team picks. The enemy team picks. Your team picks again. Enemy team picks again. Then you pick your champ. You sit there. The countdown goes. PREPARE FOR THE FIGHT! Then you wait in a queue. Someone has a paper computer so it takes about 2-3 minutes to load. Then BAM! You're in the game. And let's not forget the queue time prior to the game too.


That whole time, you sat on your fat butt doing absolutely nothing. SURE, some people will say "I COMMUNICATEMAJATED WITH MAH TEAM" or "I BRWOZED MONAFAIL AND UPDATE MAH GUIDE THAT PRETTTYYY MUCH SEZ DAH SAME THING ERRYWUN ELSES GUIDE SAYS" or "I WAZ BROWSING TEH PORNS" (acceptable), but let's face it, you're still a fatty and you contributed to that mushy mushy status by sitting on you chair.


But what's this? You say "I DON'T WANNA BE FAT!!! HELP ME TOSHABI-SENSEI!"?!?? Toshabi can help. REACH YOUR HAND OUT IN FRONT OF YOUR SCREEN! Visualize my hand coming OUT of my avatar and handing you a magical jumprope.


You say "AAAAAAAAAAA! TOSHABI-SENPAI! WHAT IS THIS DEVICE!" in which I respond "MY FAT PUPIL! THIS IS A JUMP ROPE! You must use it to jump away all the fat! You must go from Mario to Luigi status".







So yeah, I find that I can fit in workouts by jumping rope in between matches. That and doing push ups. And it really works. 3 games turns into a ~30 minute workout and I feel GREAT. I've lost about 2-4ish pounds doing this and it makes me feel fantastic. Why? Because I can be a nerdy *** dweebus and still look like an egotistica dufftime-like *******. AND SO CAN YOU if you adopt this kind of training. Sure, it makes you feel all sweaty and what not when you're playing the game, but I just imagine that it's like some form of 4D simulation that gets me more involved.



When I play Trynadmere, I take off my shirt. When I play any female champion, I just play in my boxers. It helps, trust me.





Also, YOU STILL GOTTO NOT STUFF YOUR FAT FACE WITH PIZZA actually you can do that sometimes yeah.


Just food for thought that won't get you fat. I made this thread cause I saw a spam bot and decided to make a thread about weight loss because I got bored during class. Bite me.

you should stream your queues and put up an afk screen during game. you would be famous instantly.

Although you made it as a joke, it still good advice. It's advisable to have small pause after each game to stretch your legs, go to toilet, drink a glass of water or stretch your hands. It doesn't matter what you do, just stand up from your chair and do something. If you are still frustrated from the game after tough loss, dc, afk-er or feeder just go and do couple of pushups, situps or whatever.

I found this on reddit last month, it's made by physiotherapist for gamers. There's also a video, but i don't remember the name of it. He advises to do this exercise every hour, but even if you do it once a day it can help.

Actually this was a very serious post done in a very Toshabi way.
