Although you made it as a joke, it still good advice. It's advisable to have small pause after each game to stretch your legs, go to toilet, drink a glass of water or stretch your hands. It doesn't matter what you do, just stand up from your chair and do something. If you are still frustrated from the game after tough loss, dc, afk-er or feeder just go and do couple of pushups, situps or whatever.

I found this on reddit last month, it's made by physiotherapist for gamers. There's also a video, but i don't remember the name of it. He advises to do this exercise every hour, but even if you do it once a day it can help.

So yeah, I find that I can fit in workouts by jumping rope in between matches. That and doing push ups. And it really works. 3 games turns into a ~30 minute workout and I feel GREAT. I've lost about 2-4ish pounds doing this and it makes me feel fantastic. Why? Because I can be a nerdy *** dweebus and still look like an egotistica dufftime-like *******. AND SO CAN YOU if you adopt this kind of training. Sure, it makes you feel all sweaty and what not when you're playing the game, but I just imagine that it's like some form of 4D simulation that gets me more involved.
When I play Trynadmere, I take off my shirt. When I play any female champion, I just play in my boxers. It helps, trust me.
Also, YOU STILL GOTTO NOT STUFF YOUR FAT FACE WITH PIZZA actually you can do that sometimes yeah.
Just food for thought that won't get you fat. I made this thread cause I saw a spam bot and decided to make a thread about weight loss because I got bored during class. Bite me.
