That's incredibly situational though, it's not something that you'll be able to do every game, so the safe counter-jungle is best unless you're beating the other team. Because, keep in mind that Bronze players don't ward where they are, ever. So, trying to do that and pinpoint the jungle's location makes this simple task insanely hard.

Short Term Goals: Silver/Gold/Platinum || Long Term Goals: Diamond/Master/Challenger
In bronze its super easy to just keep taking an enemy's buffs because they don't keep track of the timers. If you do, it's pretty much a free buff all the time.
Also, in the early game it's mandatory to take the small ones for the xp.
Only when you're losing I'd take the small ones and try to deny the respawn as long as possible. Otherwise: take the timer and bonus xp. It's not that situational at all lmao

If anything, that's more to how competitive that the NA LCS is if world class teams can get pushed down to 5th and 7th. FNC's undefeated season just shows how weak the EU scene actually is, and even though TSM finished 5th NA. They could go undefeated as well in EU.
