With the changes to the masteries (I kinda like them) a lot of new stuff pops up.
But let's get to why I made this thread. I saw a vid today of redmercy talking about his mid masteries. And there he mentioned that he finds
-Thunderlord's 10 damage p/lvl base damage scaling.
-Games last less long
-most mages where you would take deathfire on (poking mages like xerath & Ahri) also mostly have some kind AoE (with xerath having a lot of them and ahri almost none (or I have no idea how her abilities work at all))
So I wanted to know the opinion of you guys on this statement.
I myself kinda agree that in shorter (more snowbally) games thunderlord's would be better as less items means less bonus AP & AD (however I'm really low elo so games can drag on a lot) or thunderlord being better on mages with a lot of AoE.
Also a part with red forget to think about is the difference between having 7% magic pen against 5% more CD (with being able to overcap to 45%). So taking this in mind which one would be better (with going 18/12 or 12/18) to take and why?
