In what situations do you use Zhonya's Hourglass?

This is an excellent guide but for toplane may I suggest taking Stormraiders instead of Thunderlords because its much better for toplane so you can escape and chase better with your AA's and passive. Just a suggestion.

Good guide, but I'd suggest tips for specific matchups. FOr example, I can play any matchup but Brand and could use some tips for that. Also, in the section Farming in Lane I would suggest including the idea to steal raptors ocassionally post 6. Most junglers don't mind and it's great gold if you're behind in farm, you just q over the wall for vision and r onto one of shown minions and the w for the shield while you take them. I got this from ArcSecond, considered the Best Diana Player NA.

I will look into the rune again and try the scaling AP, I mostly use flat cause I don't wanna see too much late game.

I think this guide has everything you need to know about Diana when you're starting with her. However, it would be really nice if you added some full builds as you have quite a lot of items in your cheat sheet. There is once your core and main build and then other builds like RoA or Iceborn Gauntlet.
In the "Purchase Order" section it would be maybe nicer if you used the icons instead of the words similar to the player builds in the official match history.The picture is of an old game.

Now to the content itself. Have you tried going 12/18/0? I think the keystone mastery Stormraider's Surge fits her well as she has no good way out after she engaged. Since you build mostly burst, I think it would be a good alternative. I can't tell you if it's good because the last games I played with her, my masteries for her didn't save...
Another question is why you take flat AP glyphs. I mean the scaling one beats the flat one after lvl 6 and pre 6 Diana is pretty weak and pretty much farming. Honestly, I still like MR glyphs more even though most people take nowadays CDR glyphs. They make you so tanky and if the match up is unfavourable, you can survive laning better or even make them waste their spells on you.
The skill order is perfectly fine but if find myself in an aggressive melee match up, I put another point into W before maxing Q or even start with it to better trade.

I would like to try out thunderlord's decree, but iam just not that keen on sacrificing the Magic pen from form that new attack tree. But I could see it working well on Diana, especially with the CDR in the cunning tree too. :)

Why don't use thunderlord's decree instead?

Also i want to ad that i always try and get ludens asap! for my this is my nr 1 tool before i go in.
Q spam a team twice, maybe 3 times and then u can savely go in using R on 2 or 3 and walk away eazy to recharge mana.
