Ah, yes, because when I see Hurricane being used once every 20 games, the first thing I think is "that **** needs to be nerfed".
So his build should nearly always look like this (Reaver - Boots (eventually upgrade) - Zeal upgrade - IE/BT)? IE would cap your cdr, but I'm pretty sure that it's not always optimal to buy. Which Zeal upgrade (not Triforce) would be optimal on him? I'm still leaning towards Shiv, seeing how the other items seem subpar on him in some way, in my opinion.

Now even Triforce won't give you 40 % cdr combined with Reaver. Is it worth trying to cap your cdr and lose some attackspeed (lucidity>greaves)?
Also, screwed up above. I will miss my 40 % cdr. Would Triforce ever be a good option on Lucian? I've tried it, and like it, but I know it's major downfall is the price tag.

I'm guess its because the active is really strong and it has high stat efficiency? But to be honest idk, it seems to have worse stat efficiency than an item like Morellonomicon so I'm guess its mostly the active
