On the other hand, Riot reduced the mana regeneration on [[eye of the watchers]] and [[eye of the oasis]] from 150% to 100% but added 10% CDR. I think this is a fantastic change as I feel like I'm always scrounging for CDR. I'll probably still get [[frost queen's claim]] on my attack supports because of it's active.
