It's really annoying how people choose Thunderlord's Decree on EVERY champion.

Riot's buffed the other keystone masteries on the PBE. Enough to make people switch from Thunderoord's? Maybe not, but we'll see. Deathfire Touch still has its place on champs with AOE or abilities that can consistently reapply it. Eg Zyra, Brand, Swain, Malzahar, and Anivia.
