I agree xD Not sure if it's worth to level up your shield or jumps first, since there's nothing you can do up until level 6. Unless you have a great jungler that remembers top lane is a thing.

Yeah that sucks.
It has happened to me so many times that I get paranoid when going into ranked queue while in promos.
