Well not only inhouses, but the whole league community has always been nice to me! You should go ahead and try going into the EUW inhouses more to meet some great people!

Oh this is easy:
Accept yourself completely. Whatever the **** you are, you have to literally feel proud of it and talk about it like it is the absolute ****ing ****.
If you like League of Legends, you can ****ing go up to a girl and literally start enthusiastically going on about a bunch of ******** related to the game while looking her straight in the eyes and smiling and she will ****ing love it.
That said, you also have to make it somewhat relate-able. If you're too far out there, she'll have fun for a moment and then she'll go away because there is no way for her emotionally invest. It's like a magic trick, people are amused and then they go because there is no emotional investment.
It doesn't even ****ing have to make sense.
Be like:
"I'll go full Warwick on your ***, girl."
"Omg you look just like this character from League. Your name is Diana now."
And she won't have a single ****ing clue what the **** you're even talking about but you sound so cool when you ****ing say it that she'll just love it anyway.
Oh and you have to know how to touch her. Everything you do should show intent. If you want to hook up with her, you should be touching her.
Like when you meet here:
Shake her hand or put your hand on her shoulder.
When you been talking for a while try to hug her. Try squeezing her hand and see if she squeezes back.
Get close in proximity, try dancing with her. It literally doesn't ****ing matter, as long as you take it in steps and you're showing intent throughout.
Something that shows massive intent is putting your hand on the side of her head. When you're about to kiss her, this is what you should do.
But also you should try do it earlier. Like you're trying to look at her earrings or some ****.
When you want to show her something, take her by the shoulder and turn her in that direction.
When you want to take her somewhere, your hand should be on the small of her back and you should be leading.
Oh and something else is you have to do is called break rapport.
If she's about to talk about something that will go nowhere, you need to tell her that you don't give a ****. Don't literally say it but just make sure you get the conversation back on track.

This is the wikipedia article on rapport, for anyone who doesn't understand.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rapport
People who are close friends have very high rapport. But if you don't want to be just friends, you have to break rapport to create an opening for attraction.
So for example, when she starts going on about her job, you need to stop that line of conversation. She's talking like you're her friend.
So you ask her what she does and she says she's an accountant. The wrong thing to do would be to ask her what it's like. Why? because you enter a line of conversation that will go nowhere.
You should instead try to tease her for it. Say something like:
"Oh, you must be really boring than since you just sit at a desk all day"
Breaks that rapport and she ends up having to defend herself, trying to prove to you that she isn't boring.
