I don't think you understand the way Doran's stacking works. For starters, almost no ADC ever stacks Doran's, that's pretty much exclusively a top lane thing. You stack Doran's when you back with only ~500 gold. No player in their right mind would back with 1300 gold then build a ****ing Stinger when they could get a B. F. Sword instead.

Infinity Edge costs 2000+ gold more than Stinger? Of course it is a bigger counterspike, but it comes way later. A Vayne which goes for the early Stinger will totally harass a Vayne with B. F. Sword out of lane.

I'd rather build four ****ing Daggers for the same price and only -2% AS and 10% cdr than invest 1200 gold on a dead item.
