To be fair I'm willing to bet it's some unfortunate coincidence resulting from high Elo players on both teams duo'ing with their unranked, low normal MMR friends or something. LeBlanc's a new player and Cho'gath has 700 normal wins but never been ranked.
Queue times were long and it decided to treat you as a random unranked level 30 player is my theory.

Hecarim smurf has a pretty legit win rate but it doesn't get matched with players of that rank even after lvl 30.

Quite sure that's not the case because I've also played with some 4-man diamond only premades on both sides, such things happen quite regularly. My guess would be that your heca-only smurf hasn't got as high of a normal mmr because you have much less games played (you leveled through aram?). I've also heard that smurf detection goes much farther than w/l only.
I have a terrible hangover. All I had were two piña coladas last night with dinner out. I've been eating ice blocks all day to try and settle my stomach.
I never heard of eating ice blocks to cure hangover, is that a thing where you guys live?
What I always do is drink lots of water and maybe some coffee, and if I don't feel like I am going to throw up eat something that is not a lot of work to make like dinner from yesterday or omelette.

Amanda: I honestly didn't know ginger tea existed. I've never had it. I'll definitely keep an eye out for some. I love ginger marmalade.
Mastrer: Um, ice blocks in Australia are icy poles - like frozen fruit juice or cordial ^^
I'm feeling much better now. I really don't understand how people can drink in excess and then just deal with hangovers the next morning.

I would not really call it excess if the hangover is over by noon.
I AM NOT AFFECTED BY ELOHELL. NOOBS AND TROLLS NEVER RUIN MY RANKED GAMES.
I DON'T GET STUCK AND I NEVER GET ONLY 2LP FOR A WIN.
I AM UNRANKED.
